Painting on Shells

There are lots of ways to paint shells - fancy alcohol ink, tie dye style, traditional style, galaxy... But this is simple: if you have shells, paint them!  I took a little bit of sand from our sand box, put it on a shallow dish and displayed our beachy wonders as a centerpiece for the end of summer.
